This butternut squash lasagna has layers of spinach mixed with ricotta - so good just like that or you could add the sausage layer for an additional pleasant surprise. NOTE: in this recipe I do NOT precook my lasagna noodles, therefore the filling has more fluid and cooking time in oven is longer to ensure the noodles cook inside the oven
