Had the opportunity to work with Grillo's on this one! If you're not familiar, they're like the best pickles on the planet so I was honored to be able to create a recipe with them. I really wanted to do something where I used the pickles in a creative way, and also used them in as many elements as possible. Got to thinking, and figured it would make for some INSANE fried fish sliders. The pickles are used in the sauce, the slaw, and I even brined the catfish in the pickle juice... Trust me, it's incredible. Promise y'all are gonna love this one.
