Inspired by chef @hoonikim @hwoo.lee @chefboylee. This is, in my opinion, the best version of bossam. This recipe comes from chef @hoonikim’s My Korea Cookbook and I referenced @hwoo.lee and @chefboylee for the proper techniques.
