I made this recipe during my "plum week" series where I tried to make as many recipes as possible using the plums I got from my parents fruit tree. However, I will never say no to a spring roll. Any day, any time! The tartness of the plum sauce helps balance out the richness from the porky spring rolls. Truly a match made in heaven.
Ingredients
4 cups slaw mix or combination of carrots and cabbage
Tallow for cooking the pork and veggies PLUS a ton for frying the spring rolls (you can use any oil you like, but Iām team tallow)
1 tsp grated garlic
