
Steamed Egg
Have you ever microwaved your eggs? If you like silky, custardy stuff in your mouth, this one is for you! Serve with a bowl of rice for a complete meal for friends! My special weapon in this dish is the salted shrimp, which you must use sparingly! I did not season the dish with too much salt because I knew I would also have some other salty components to balance out. You can also use any type of protein here, I had some ground pork which was fattier so I did not add too much oil to begin searing. Chicken, beef and shrimp work really well in this recipe too!
