I’m really, really proud of this cheese bread recipe! I don’t currently own a fondue pot but I LOVE cheese fondue with bread. This is basically the hand-held version of just that. It’s gooey, creamy, crispy & guaranteed to be everyone’s favourite at the snack table!

500 grams Swiss cheese*, shredded & divided
1 tbsp cornstarch
