Garam Masala Hummus with Channa Masala
Channa masala was one of the first dishes I got really good at making. I was a senior in high school and had fallen in love with Indian food, and I wanted to learn how to make the dishes I craved seemingly every day. Fun fact, channa masala is the first dish I ever posted on my cheffinwithzach Instagram account! This Indian-inspired hummus pays homage to the delicious chickpea curry. This time, I added ginger and garam masala to my hummus, topped with yummy chickpeas and naan. A wonderful explosion of flavors in the mouth.
