Es una versión rápida, económica y sabrosa del clásico Arroz Chaufa peruano. En lugar de pollo o chancho, utilizamos filete de atún en conserva. La técnica clave aquí es usar el aceite de la propia conserva para realizar el sofrito inicial, impregnando todo el arroz con un aroma marino intenso desde el principio.
