Shrimp Stuffed Butter Bombs
Back with another one: shrimp stuffed butter bombs –– a citrusy, garlic & herb compound butter set in a spherical mold then loaded up with shrimp! Following the GREAT reception of my crab stuffed butter bombs on Instagram, I decided to head back to the drawing board. What else could I stuff in a luscious ball of butter? Shrimp! It just makes sense. You can serve ‘em atop a piping hot bed of pasta, bowl of rice or whatever your heart desires. Note: I used extra jumbo shrimp, 16-20 count, but would recommend medium to large, anywhere from 36-50 count. That way you can stuff the ball with more than one :) Below is a link to the mold I used to create my bombs –– https://amzn.to/3sUD9x1
