Healthier Caramel Dip
This simple and tasty treat is a fun way to welcome fall. I developed this dip to serve with apples to my kids around Halloween — a healthier replacement for caramel apples. Now, my kids love helping me make it. You can easily swap the almond butter for cashew butter, peanut butter, or sunflower seed butter. You can also add some pumpkin pie spices (nutmeg, cloves, ginger, or even cardamom) if you follow the pumpkin spice craze. This saves well in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
