For the Chipotle Sauce, I am using Alexandre Family Farms, 100% grass-fed yogurt. Usually I would use sour cream for a sauce like this, but the A2/A2 Organic yogurt brought it to a new level. The creaminess and smooth texture is unmatched. As a bonus, it also kept me feeling good after eating.
