If you’re like me you love pancakes and you love peach cobbler. So wouldn’t it make sense to combine them both? In this recipe I infuse every pancake with a grilled peach by cooking the pancakes with a peach baked inside of it. I also made a really easy and delicious cinnamon whipped cream and peach infused simple syrup to go on top! This dessert has so much balance in flavor and texture you'll probably be asking me to make variations of this by ways of apples, cherries and probably blueberries….. Or maybe I’ve already done that.
