zucchini-tahchin
Tahchin is a Persian saffron rice cake that’s crispy around the edges and filled with a bunch of goodness. I invited my Persian friend Arielle to come make one with me. We did our own twist on it using zucchini, and paired it with a sweet, sour, and aromatic barberry filling. It was PERFECTION.
