A crispy chicken pizza sandwich, with prosciutto pounded into the chicken, rests on a bed of arugula and is drizzled with cranberry jam and fresh pesto. It’s layered with provolone and Brie cheeses, grated Parmesan, and baked on crispy sourdough in my @gozney dome.
