Janchi Guksu (banquet Noodles)
Janchi-guksu or banquet noodles are often served when people are celebrating something, whether that’s a birthday or a wedding or even when former South Korean president Park Geun Hye got impeached in 2016 😅 There’s a lot of different ways to make this rather simple dish but I tried to make it in the easiest way possible. People usually like to put meat in it and make a spicy sauce to put in the broth because without it, the noodles can be rather bland. So this is how I made it 👇
