Just a proper, protein filled brekkie to get you through the day! I love using ham in breakfast scrambled because it's so darn easy. If you have deli meat on hand this is a great way to use it as well! Plussss you know I love to grow my own scallions so I might as well use them. And if you don't grow them, they're incredibly cheap!
Ingredients
1 cup worth bone broth
1 tbsp ghee or butter
2 large slices of thick ham or like 4 pieces of thin deli ham, chopped into 1/2 in ish pieces
