This dish has been on high rotation in my kitchen this season, it’s a great way to eat more greens, super easy to make, very nutritious and absolutely delicious. This is my twist on Peruvian Tallarines Verdes, I added a few swaps, and some little tweaks while still keeping the core of the traditional recipe.
