Este domingo 23 de julio celebramos el día nacional del Pisco, la bebida del Perú, el único en su especie así que arrancamos con los preparativos. Aquí tenemos “La algarrobina” uno de los cócteles clásicos que no puede faltar para la celebración, a mi me gusta llamarlo el baylis peruano, obviamente más rico ! mi secreto es el almíbar especial, con notas sutiles de naranja, canela y clavo, simplemente espectacular. también lo uso cuando preparo pisco sour campeonato.
