Schnitzel Sandwich with Matbucha and Amba Slaw
Made this UNBELIEVABLE sandwich with my friend Jake Goldberg (@silly_jake). This was a top 3 sandwich I've ever had in my life. The schnitzel was crispy and juicy, the matbucha spicy, peppery, and sweet, then the Amba slaw was light, crisp, and acidic. Everything just worked so well together. We made laffa bread from scratch using @bengingi's pita recipe (https://www.bengingi.com/recipes/classic-pita?search=pita), but just doubled the size of the dough so we can make a giant wrap instead of stuffing the pita. You can make a laffa or pita, throw it in a tortilla as a wrap or make a sandwich on challah or a baguette or WHATEVER you may desire. What makes this sandwich special is what's on the inside.
