This is great for the last minute pizza craving or the procrastinators who forgot to make dough in advance, but I always recommend planning ahead if you can. This recipe results in fantastic pizza, but you itβs hard to achieve the same depth of flavor of dough as an aged or pre fermented dough. Great things take time, really good things take a few hours π
