1 lb Cooked Turkey Sausage seasoned with salt and pepper, to taste You can substitute for Pork sausage or Maple Pork Sausage but turkey sausage is the healthiest
1.5 cup Milk of Choice I used low fat cow's milk but you can use your favorite.
0.25 cup Maple Syrup + more for topping
