Very similar to my Detroit pizza, but now with a skillet if you don't have a Detroit pan! You still get your crispy cheesy edges with your thick fluffy center. Still working on a video tutorial, but the steps are SUPER easy, and the results are insanely good. I honestly can barely tell the difference between this gluten free version and the real thing. I use Caputo and King Arthur gluten free flours. If using King Arthur, I've included the adjustments in the notes below.

320 g water
