An effortless air fryer asian inspired Mac and Cheese, or a… Mac Kim Cheese as I’d like to call it 🥁 that you can have ready in less than 25 minutes and comes with a beautiful crust and cheese pull. While making this recipe, I learned that mozzarella does not melt as easily as cheddar and gouda do, so although I did not shred it in the video, I’d recommend shredding the mozzarella for better consistency. Lastly, although it’s cool to know that the pasta cooks in the air fryer, pre-cooking the pasta will give your mac a much better texture. Overall, it’s surprisingly good for a recipe that let’s you drop blocks of cheese and raw pasta into an air fryer, which makes this a great option if you’re looking for a simple and easy meal.
