What you should probably make for dinner tonight 👏🏻 For real though, this WEEKNIGHT FRIENDLY meal brings nutrients, protein, ANNNND makes enough for you to still have leftovers to bring for lunch. 🔥 The most time consuming part is just cutting everything up, but once you have that down it goes quickly. We go to max flavor town by we’re leaning on the bag of spicy frozen rice cakes from Trader Joes. The sauce is incredibly flavorful and just brings everything together. But I can’t just stop there so I added in coconut milk to make it a proper saucy sauce. PLUS you optimize time by not cooking rice… cuz ya got rice cakez. You’re welcome. 🎂 MAKE IT!
