Garlic Tuna Spread
Yes, yes, yes, it's here! I have had so many folks ask me about this delicious spread. It was used in the 2021 Paula Deen/Charcuterie video and most recently, my 2024 New Year's charcuterie board. This works perfectly for smearing on breads, crackers, and vegetable sticks, and makes a great appetizer offering! The best part about this is that it uses ingredients that just about everyone can easily find and it doesn't break the bank either! My husband loves this smeared on a toasted bagel and he wears it quite well! The video on Youtube features a double batch that was made, however, the recipe will be a one-timer. You can easily double, triple, or quadruple this batch with the way I have it written out. Also, you are in charge of just how much of the dried spices to use. I always recommend starting with a teaspoon of each, mix the batch up, let it sit in the refrigerator for about two hours and THEN taste test. If you want more spices, simply add more and mix again.
