This is the perfect combo to enjoy a nice fatty and tender piece of pork! The flavors really worked together and this was absolutely delicious! The ibérico pork was super fatty and tender, some of the best pork I’ve ever had! You can also replace the iberico pork with standard pork and it is still absolutely delicious!
