Musabaha is a popular Levantine meal made with mashed, warm chickpeas & tahini. It’s basically like a simplified hummus but instead with a more rustic texture. I’ve topped it off with a za’atar & pumpkin seed spiced oil and it works GREAT! For sure a meal that’s going on my rotation.
