One of my goals for this year is to be less wasteful. Fried rice is perfect for using whatever you have left in your refrigerator. I am using the wonton soup, and wonton filling from a few nights ago, and the rice that we had with the braised duck legs. If you have other veggies in your refrigerator, go ahead and toss those in too.

Ingredients

3 cup Leftover rice
Leftover Meat from Wontons
2 T. Ghee
