Gluten free empanadas are great for those who have a gluten allergy/celiac. I know so many people in my life who have a gluten allergy and I would feel bad anytime I created a good empanada dish, they can’t try it. It took me a few months experimenting to make the dough crispy and flavorful. I am happy how it came out and I hope you guys can enjoy it too.
