Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Comfort food for me—my grandmother Stella used to make the best ones. I mixed the filling with grated garlic, grated carrots, and rice, rolled them up, and baked them low and slow. For the sauce, to save time, I used a really good jar marinara and it was perfect for a quick family dinner.
