This pasta might seem pretty basic at first glance, but don't let the simplicity fool you! It packs so much flavour thanks to (good quality) canned crushed tomatoes, garlic and shallots. It also includes my favourite secret ingredient to add to tomato sauce - honey! The honey balances out the acidity of the crushed tomatoes and adds flavour that you don't get from plain granulated sugar. The garlicky breadcrumbs gives the pasta an amazing crunch. It's so good, I always make a little extra to sprinkle on meals throughout the week!
