A quick and esay rice cooker cake for $4 CAD or $2.78 USD. When I made this for my friend's birthday, I doubled the cake recipe to make it two tiers. The buttercream ($7 CAD) really made it special - the trick here is to use an equal mix of vegan butter and shortening to make it thick even at room temperature.
