I still remember this delicious biryani that Kauser Auntie made one day. She was kind enough to share her recipe which includes some great tips. I just hope that one day I can get it to taste just as delicious as hers! Full disclosure: at the moment, it's good, but nowhere near the magic of Kauser Auntie's meal. The meat can be replaced with veal or lamb.
