This recipe is from a friend who owns and operates AK Pizza in Seattle. It was recently voted in the top 5 cookies in Seattle and he shared his entire recipe and process with the whole internet. What a guy! He obsesses over ingredients and unique processes that set this apart from any other cookie I've ever made/had. They are well-balanced but super rich. I would not recommend eating an entire cookie in one sitting, but to each their own! There's a lot of step to this recipe but it's totally worth it!
