This is my favorite smoothie. I make it almost every morning for me and my family. Often, I rotate ( swiss chard, radicchio salad (lettuce),mustard greens, dandelion greens, broccoli, bok choy ..) , and fruits ( pears , berries, kiwi, oranges ...). All of these greens are magnificent fibers and powerful antioxidants which clean and nourish your system. Cleansing your gut with these vitamin and mineral rich ingredients is a powerful start to the day and is a change in diet which will immediately reflect on heightened energy and vibrant lifestyle. Never miss adding parsley dandelion and cilantro. These antioxidants are easy to access and are potent in vitamin C, support absorption of iron in the body, help digestion, improve immune system and high in folate and vitamin B12.
