When I thought about this recipe I didn’t know exactly the flavor direction I wanted to go, but I knew that whatever direction I went, it was going to turn out cheesy and delicious. It's no secret that layers of food and flavor are awesome, and it's also no secret that quesadillas are awesome. So when combining the idea of a cake and the concept of quesadillas, I had to make sure I nailed both layers and toppings. In this recipe you get two quesadilla concepts and an incredible queso and sour cream sauce.
