Asado de Puerco (pork in a Chile Sauce)
Asado de puerco or Asado de boda is a traditional pork stew like dish served all over Mexico but is more common in the Northern states. It can be served in a bowl or a plate with beans or in a burrito. Asado recipes can vary wildly from state to state, city to city and even family to family, but the base ingredients tend to be pretty fixed. So hopefully you will enjoy my take on my families Chihuahua style asado, buen provecho!
