fish-ceviche-al-pastor
Al pastor is a Mexican marinade for pork meat but has been tried in other meats like chicken and cooked fish. I also thought ceviche would work with this seasoning, and it came out so good! Ceviche works best with white fish; this will be up to you to use the most affordable or your favorite. Also, as with any other marinade, the longer you let it marinate, the better.
Ingredients
1 lb of white fish
1 cup of fresh lime juice (8 10 big limes)
0.5 tsp of salt
