This one was quick, skipped the marinade and kept it simple. I baked the naan in my pizza oven and stuffed the dough with cheese, garlic, and fresh parsley. You can do the naan in a regular oven or even a pan on the stove, super easy. I’ve done it all. The sauce on this one came out really good, nice and creamy but not too heavy. The mint sauce adds a fresh kick, the red cabbage gives it a little sweetness, and that char on the naan just brings it all together. That cheesy garlic naan takes it over the top
