This is a soft, rich chocolate chip brioche filled with layers of whipped vanilla cream, chocolate mousse, and a spoonful of chocolate hazelnut spread. When freshly made, they’re incredibly fluffy, creamy, and full of chocolate flavour. There’s a bit of technique involved if you want to pipe the flower-style topping, but it’s completely optional (see notes below). For simplicity, I’ve left out the tempered white chocolate decoration — I found it actually took away from the overall look. See additional notes below! Difficult – Medium to Technical
