When I first made Beef BIrria I was hooked. How can I not be? Braised beef with cheese, dipped into a sauce? It's a no brainer. Then it got me thinking. “Will this work on a pizza”? Dumb question I know! In this recipe I made birria style braised beef, and slapped it on a pan pizza! The takeaway is definitely the Oaxaca cheese and all its cheese pull glory!
