boursin-stuffed-chicken-breasts-prosciutto-wrapped

Season thin chicken breasts with s&p, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Cut a slit in the chicken breasts to a make a pocket in them. In a bowl combine garlic and herb Boursin, sundried tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil. Fill each chicken breast with the mixture and wrap two pieces of prosciutto tightly around each one. Grill until cooked through. Enjoy!
