Christmas and Stuff Part 2 Roast Chicken Gravy and Air Fried Potatoes
The perfect easy dinner idea if you don't want to spend all day cooking this Christmas! For the chicken, make sure to dry brine this the night before. You can also do this two days in advance. This will cut down on stress the day of, and makes it juicier and tastier. The baking powder will help the skin crisp up, and the zest makes it, zesty. The day of, make sure to take the chicken out of the refrigerator at least an hour before roasting. This will help with even cooking. I did the roast potatoes in the air fryer, but you could use the oven as well. You can even roast them underneath the chicken if you have a roasting tray. Make sure to hit those potatoes with pleanty of slat and rosemary, after they are done cooking.
