Recently, on our way back from our ski trip, our car wouldn’t start after leaving it at the Liverpool John Lennon Airport so while we were waiting for the RAC to come we went to Greggs. Now, you have to understand we’ve just had a whole week of relatively unhealthy meals, all we craved were some good old vegetables. The only option Greggs that fit that requirement was the Warm Winter Vegetable Soup, it was delicious so I decided to take a picture of the ingredients list and try to recreate it myself!
