Sopita Con Carne (mexican Noodle Soup with Meat)
This dish is made differently in every region; some use fresh tomato, while others use canned tomato, tomato puree, tomato bouillon, or whatever they have on hand. Fideo noodles are the most popular, but there is a wide variety of hard pasta that is used, from letters to seashells. Some people like to add other vegetables and other meats like chicken or steak, and in the end, this dish is great anytime, no matter if it's summer. Every house has its flavor, and always grandma’s or mom's sopita is the best!
