sea-salt-vs-table-salt

You will note that some of my recipes specify sea salt, while other list salt (referring to table salt). Please note that this is deliberate because it's how it was measured. But by no means do you have to use one salt over the other. In fact, we only use sea salt at home. You can use any type as long as you adjust the measurements. I loosely follow the conversion listed below. Also, please note that all salt measurements on this site are approximates. It is implied that they are "to taste" so you can add more or less as you wish. Of course, this goes for other ingredients as well but it is especially true of salt.
