I'm a millennial and I grew up on Bagel Bites. So I wanted to make an "adult" version. There's actual bagel recipes out there, but I wanted to do it with leftover pizza dough to make it even easier. And these were incredible. You can even freeze them and save them as late night snacks. You can put as much cheese or whatever toppings on there you want, because you're an adult!!
