harissa-chilli-chips
This is my take on our favourite Nepali snack. We got completely addicted to Chips Chilli during our travels through Nepal - eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner at times. I figured I could re-invent this dish using my Harissa paste and Tasmanian Nicola potatoes I got at Farmgate Market. This would also go well with Pink Eye potatoes, Dutch Creams or any potato that crisps nicely in the oven or air fryer.
