This recipe has only 3 ingredients, but one of them is Japanese. MIRIN is a sweet rice wine, and is a staple in Japanese cooking. It’s one of the key players in teriyaki sauce. You can find this in most grocery stores in the Asian aisle. For soy sauce, I use Tamari, a Gluten-free soy. I’ve tried a lot of different brands, but I’m really loving the reduced sodium tamari from @sanjtamari.
