Fine Dining French Toast (easy and Advanced Options)
Blueberry/Strawberry French Toast served with double cream ice cream, whipped cream, fresh strawberries and blueberries. This is a delightful French toast recipe that is rich and decadent, served with vibrant strawberry and blueberry sauce, whipped cream, and double cream ice cream. To save time (approximately 2 hrs), you can use store-bought brioche instead of homemade and swap double cream ice cream for regular vanilla or berry ice cream. I used both strawberry and blueberry sauce here, but you can simplify by using just one—if so, double the quantity of your chosen sauce. If making the sweet brioche toast from scratch, note that you’ll have extra slices. I used an 11 x 25 cm baking tin, but other sizes work as well—just keep in mind that cooking times may vary slightly. Difficulty - Medium to more challenging Servings 4-6
